Grzegorz Pomietło has been working at the Art Hotel since 1996, and since 2006 he’s been our Chef de Cuisine. His menu is always full of regional delicacies served in a modern style. Grzegorz loves biking, playing volleyball and walking. It’s a fan of crime novels by Marek Krajewski and Nadia Szagdaj. Constantly develops his cooking skills by reading dozens of culinary books. It is he who has given us the Taste of the Old Wrocław. He’s revived the local recipes from the past century so that you can fall in love with their delicious raffinesse.
